It was a very special night of races this past week as The Dominick Bruns Memorial race made its appearance at the Murray County Speedway. The Dominick Bruns Memorial race was set up in honor of young Dominick Bruns, who was taken for us very early in his life due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Racing action returned to the Murray Speedway on a warm Friday evening. It was hall of fame induction night where 7 new people we added to the hall of fame. These seven are Swede Anderson, Scott Kleve, Jackie Linder, Dan Ross, Dave Ross, Brian Postma, and Dottie Muecke. Racing action returned to the Murray County Speedway this past Friday night. Along with the usual classes, the Late Model Street Stocks made their second appearance at the track this year. Racing action was sponsored by Woodstock Communications.
