After receiving another inch of rain over night and no drying conditions today, the races for June 28th are canceled. The races for Sunday June 30th are still scheduled to run.

Another day of 1.5+ inches of rain, plus the 4inches received since last Friday, has made the Murray County Speedway cancel races for Friday June 21st.

Finally the forecast is for nice weather for racing! Come join us for Rowdy's radiator and NAPA night the Friday, June 7th. All six classes will be running. Altenburg Kids Club will be giving away two scooters thanks to Rowdy's and two fishing poles thanks to Shetek Sportsman Club. We look forward to seeing everyone at the track!

The Sunday Hub City Summer Series race for June 2nd is rained out

Another night of 2+ inches of rain, has made the Murray County Speedway cancel races for Friday May 31st for the second week in a row. We will attempt to get the track ready for Sunday June 2nd for the Hub City Summer Series races. The weather sounds iffy, but we will make a full attempt to have them. Please follow the track's Facebook information for the Sunday race.

Races at the Murray County Speedway are cancelled for May 24. We received a large amount of rain Thursday night - Friday Morning.

This week is Pizza Ranch of Slayton Night! After the races we had last Friday, we can not wait to see what the action brings this week! Make sure you stop and see Trevor and Maddie and thank them for sponsoring the races. Without great people like them, the races would not be possible. The grounds are too wet for test n tune Friday night. Rain is forecast for Friday night Saturday morning, rain Monday with cool Temps it will be middle of next week before we have a chance to get one the track. We are going to try and have test n tune next Friday May 10th and pushing season opener back to May 17th.
