The Murray County Speedway's "Slaytona 125's Spring race has been canceled. With all the rain we have gotten this past week and the frost still coming out, we are not sure with how the track will take shape. We just don't want to see cars being tore up, this early in the season. We will be concentrating on season opener on May 14th. There will be a test-n-tune planned before the first race. A notice will be posted and all cars are welcomed to attend.

The title holder at the end of the 2021 RepairableVehicles.com Tri-State Late Model Series season will walk away with a handsome $5,000 payday, the largest in the history of the series. This Friday, August 21st is the Swede Shootout/Gary Muecke Memorial Modified Special! These two great men are in the track Hall of Fame. What a perfect night to have Hall of Fame night. We realize the severe heat index isn't until tomorrow, but it's hot out now. We decided to start a half hour later tonight. We take the health of everyone at the track seriously. Online ticket sales for Friday July 17th are still available. General admission price is $12 for adults and students (age 9 and above). We will be having free admission for all children 8 years old and under, for the grandstand. We are still operating under the maximum limit of 250 in the grandstand.
