Use of transponders for the 2021 season. The following classes will be using transponders this year: IMCA Modifieds, Stock Cars, Sport Mods and Hobbies. If you had purchased a season pass for the 2020 season, you will be able to start using it for the 2021 season this Friday night. Bring your season pass card to the front gate ticket booth to gain admission. You will be able to use any number of punches on it until the punches are all gone.

Tickets for the grandstand will be available for tomorrow nights races either online or at the front gate. Infield parking will only be sold online at $15 per person, which will allow you to drive into the infield and bring your own snacks, pop and water, no alcohol. Online general admission prices are $12 for adults and $8 for students age 9 to 15. Children age 8 and under are free. A few notes for this Friday's Practice Night. Back gate will open at 6pm, with practice starting at 7pm and going to 10pm. Entry fee is $50, which covers the car, driver and their pit crew (no other charges). Everyone will have to sign in for insurance (minors included). All cars are welcomed including the 305 sprint cars, limited late models and cars from other sanctioning bodies are welcomed to practice. NOTE TIME CHANGE Workers Meeting Saturday April 24th at 4PM The Speedway will have a workers meeting for everyone that will be helping at the track on Friday nights. This includes, Concessions, Ticket Sellers, Infield Workers, Wrecker Drivers, Crow's Nest, Video and Grandstand Workers. The Murray County Speedway's "Slaytona 125's Spring race has been canceled. With all the rain we have gotten this past week and the frost still coming out, we are not sure with how the track will take shape. We just don't want to see cars being tore up, this early in the season. We will be concentrating on season opener on May 14th. There will be a test-n-tune planned before the first race. A notice will be posted and all cars are welcomed to attend.
